This relish is great with grilled meat. Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
4 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped |
3/4 cup olive oil |
2/3 cup canned mild green chili, drained and diced |
4 green onions, finely chopped |
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved |
Directions:
1. Whisk balsamic vinegar and oregano in a medium bowl to blend. 2. Gradually whisk in oil. 3. Mix in green chilies and green onions. 4. Add tomatoes,toss to coat and season with salt and pepper. |
