Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon drained small capers |
4 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon pint cherry tomatoes, halved |
6 fresh basil leaves, shredded |
bibb lettuce leaves (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Drizzle over cherry tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil. Serve over Bibb lettuce, if desired. |
