Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
dash of ground pepper |
1 small clove garlic, crushed |
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 medium cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced crosswise (about 1 1/2 cups) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add tomato and cucumber; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
