A really nice slice, which is great for when you are expecting guests. A bit like a Cherry Ripe! Ingredients:
100 g melted butter |
100 g crushed marie biscuits (or plain sweet biscuits) |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1/3 cup caster sugar |
1 cup self raising flour |
1 can condensed milk |
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut |
90 g sliced glace cherries |
150 g chocolate |
30 g copha |
Directions:
1. BASE: Grease and line a slice tin. 2. Mix all ingradients together in a bowl. 3. Place in tin. 4. Bake 15 minutes at 350. 5. Allow to cool. 6. MIDDLE: Mix all ingredients together and place on top of base. 7. Bake another 15 minutes at 350. 8. Allow to cool. 9. TOP: Melt all ingredients over stove and pour on top of slice. |
