They don’t always give information like how much it makes/servings, cook times, etc. so I apologize if my guessing is off. I’m posting because of the quantity of Magic Bullet requests. Sorry if my quantity is way off. I have no idea how many this will make. It will be determined by how thick the slices are and the size of your log. Ingredients:
1 large egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened) |
2/3 cup dried cherries |
flour, for the work surface |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Place The Meal Mixer onto the Base and insert the Cross Blade. 3. Add all ingredients to the Meal Mixer in the order they are listed and Pulse the Bullet Express about 10 to 15 times until the ingredients are mixed together. 4. Carefully remove the dough, keeping an eye on the blade (its sharp!) and place it on the flour sprinkled surface. 5. Roll the dough into a log and then cut into discs (cut discs in half for smaller scones). 6. Place discs on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake until golden brown. (About 10 -13 minutes depending on oven). |
