This is great with barbecued firm fish like swordfish. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cherry preserves |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes |
1/4 cup minced jalapeno |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients and whirl for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. |
