1/3 cup onion, chopped |
1/3 cup green chili, chopped |
1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped |
1/3 cup cherry jam |
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a medium glass bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. 2. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours to let the flavors blend together. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
