I made this with Tomasello Winery Cherry Wine- made from 100% cherries- I found this wine at a local south florida publix supermarket. I also use Japanese made Sake-its much better than domestic. Ingredients:
3/4 cup dry sake |
1/4 cup cherry wine |
1 teaspoon rose's lime juice |
ice |
1 maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Pour Sake, Cherry Wine and Lime Juice over ice in a martini shaker.
2. Shake Well!
3. pour into chilled martini glass-drop a cherry inches.
