Easy One Dish Meals by Barbara C. Jones Ingredients:
2 cups of your favorite oatmeal, cooked |
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions:
1. Cook your favorite oatmeal. Combine cherries, pecans, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Stir into cooked oatmeal. 2. Spoon into individual serving bowls and sprinkle toasted pecans over the top of each serving. |
