1 dash ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/3 cup cereal, natural wheat & barley nuggets, not flakes
2 tablespoons toasted almonds, chopped
2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:

2. In a small saucepan combine cherries, apple juice, cinnamon & nutmeg, cooking & stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cherries begin to soften.
3. In a small container combine cornstarch & water, stirring until smooth, then stir this mixture into the hot cherry mixture.
4. Turn heat up to high & continue cooking & stirring until mixture boils & thickens slightly.
5. Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes, then cover & refrigerate until chilled.
