Tired of ordinary cream cheese frosting? Try this, it's delicious!!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract |
1 (16 ounce) powdered sugar |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup maraschino cherry, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speen until creamy.
2. Add vanilla and coconut extract. Gradually add powered sugar, beating well.
3. Fold in pecans and cherries.
