Since this uses the large container of Fage, it makes quite a bit (probably enough for 3 servings or so)...but I'm sure you could play around with the recipe and make a single serving. Something to try: Place in freezer 45 minutes after mixed up. Then drizzle with sugar free Hershey's syrup. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
17 5/8 ounces greek yogurt (1 large container.) |
10 ounces sugar-free comstock cherry pie filling (almost half can) |
1 scoop unjury unflavored protein powder |
3 -4 teaspoons benefiber fiber supplement |
2 -3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (several packets) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. 2. If you don't have a food processor, you could just stir this all together - but you'll have whole cherries instead of the pulverized version. |
