Cherry-Ginger Yogurt

This uses either frozen or fresh cherries. The frozen version gives it a nice, cold and chewy texture.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries or 2 cups fresh pitted cherries
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
3 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine cherries, maple syrup, ginger and yogurt.
2. Mix well.
