Another bisquick dessert recipe that is quick, tasty, and easy to make. One of the quickie desserts I love to make because everyone enjoys it so much. This is a new addition to my comments, my grandson and I made this last night night using apple pie filling - AWSOME says it all. We're going to go through all the pie fillings and start all over again. Gotta try it folks! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bisquick |
1 cup sugar |
2 ounces coconut |
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix Bisquick, sugar and coconut together. 2. Line greased 10 pan with all but 1/2 cup of the mixture. 3. Melt margarine; pour over crust. 4. Add cherry pie filling. 5. Sprinkle with remaining dough mixture. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
