This is a recipe the you bake the crust and chill the rest. There is no way of telling on the bake time. Ingredients:
1 c. graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 c. butter |
2 tbsps. sugar |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese |
1 c. confectioners' sugar |
1 c. whipping cream |
1 can cherry pie filling |
1 c. broken pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs, butter white sugar. 2. Press in the bottom of an 11 by 7 inch pan and bake at 400 until brown. 3. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixer at high speed. 4. Fold in whipped cream. 5. Spread over cooled crumb crust. 6. Top with pecans. 7. Pour over all the cherry pie filling and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hout. 8. This recipe serves 12. |
