I know this is a very easy and probably well known recipe but it's in honor of my oldest son's 18th birthday tomorrow. It's his all time favorite dessert so I feel I must post it as I'm having a hard time believing he is 18! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 can (1lb 5 oz) cherry pie filling |
1 pkg jiffy brand yellow cake mix |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Spread pie filling in 8X8 square pan
2. Combine cake mix and nuts in bowl
3. Add butter and mix until crumbly
4. Sprinkle over pie filling
5. Bake 45 - 50 minutes until golden brown
