This is similar to a cobbler, very easy to make and quite tasty with vanilla ice cream. Serve warm or cold. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans cherry pie filling |
18 ounces white cake mix |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Spread pie filling in 9x13 cake pan. 2. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. 3. Spread with fork to even it out. 4. Sprinkle nuts on top of cake mix. 5. Pour melted margarine over all. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. |
