My customers really like this pie, I make 2 or 3 a week. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly mix cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy. 2. Add cherry pie filling with mixer. 3. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust. 4. Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting. |
