nice for white cake..or cherry cake Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter, room temperature |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup maraschino cherry, drained, chop |
Directions:
1. place ingredients in a large bowl -
2. Mix with electric mixer till well blended.
3. Add powdered sugar, mix till combined.
4. stir in crushed pineapple, cherries, and a little maraschino cherry juice for color.
5. Whip 2-3 minutes.
