Another recipe that comes from the 2004 cookbook, The Joy of Cranberries: The Tangy Red Treat, that I received from a great partner in my 1st cookbook swap here on Zaar! The recipe makes either one TALL drink, or two nice-sized shakes! Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice, chilled |
1 cup cherry soda, chilled |
1 tablespoon light cream |
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. 2. Serve immediately & enjoy! |
