Very quick and easy dessert to through together when your in a hurry and want something quick. Serve topped with Vanilla IceCream or CoolWhip if you would rather. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 can cherry pie filling |
1 c. crushed pineapple |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix |
2 sticks butter (1 c.) |
1 c. flaked coconut |
1 c. chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Pour cherry pie filling into a 13x9 cake pan. Add pineapple, spread over cherries. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of this. Melt butter, pour evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle with coconut, sprinkle with pecans.
2. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
