This is a very pretty and very impressive dessert sure to please all. It is like a cheesecake in a glass. Very creamy and very delicious. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling |
16 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons almond extract |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
21 ounce can cherry pie filling |
3-1/2 ounce can coconut |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla pudding, sour cream and cream cheese then whip until smooth.
2. Slowly add sugars and extracts.
3. Spoon mixture into 8 glasses until half full.
4. Spoon a layer of cherry pie filling on top.
5. Reserve 8 cherries for garnish.
6. Spoon remaining vanilla pudding on top of cherry filling in each glass.
7. Garnish with coconut and cherries.
