2 cups graham wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup melted margarine |
1/2 cup white sugar |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping |
1 (28 ounce) can cherry pie filling or 1 (28 ounce) can blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. BOTTOM CRUST: Take first 3 ingredients, mix together& press lightly into a 9x13 pan. 2. Cream cheese& sugar together. 3. Mix non-dairy& cream cheese mixture together. 4. Spread over crust, cover with pie filling. 5. Place in fridge, for 3 hours before serving. |
