Ingredients:

1 c graham cracker crumbs |
3 tbs sugar |
1/4 c butter (melted) |
cheesecake |
24 oz cream cheese (softened) |
3/4 c sugar |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
3 eggs |
topping |
16 oz cherry pie filling (chilled) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine crumbs, sugar & butter; press unto bottom of 9 in spring form pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then bring oven to 450 degrees. 4. Combine cream cheese, sugar & vanilla, mixing at medium speed until blended. 5. Add eggs one a time, mixing well after each egg. 6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes (don't take it out), reduce oven to 250 degrees continue baking for 30 minutes. 7. Chill for about an hour. 8. Spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake before serving. |
