This is very very good, I always mix some almond flavoring in my cherry pie filling, just gives it that extra something to make it taste special. Ingredients:
1 (10 ) unbaked pie crust |
1 lb. can cherry pie filling |
12 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 c. sour cream |
1/2 c. sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tsp. vanilla |
nutmeg for garnish |
Directions:
1. Pour cherry pie filling into pie crust. 2. Beat remaining ingredients in mixer. Pour over cherry pie filling in pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. 3. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes, then at 350* for 30 minutes. 4. Makes 8 servings. |
