from the local newspaper, sounded so interesting, I had to post it. (Leave for 3 months wait time)
Ingredients:
firm ripe cherries, include 10 cherry pits per every 1/2 kg cherries
3 ounces crushed sugar candy sprinkles
2 cloves
Directions:
1. Half fill wide mouthed glass jars with cherries.
2. Add flavourings to fruit and fill bottles with good brandy and cork securely.
3. Leave for three months, then strain and rebottle.
