This is a quick and easy dessert. Ingredients:
1/2 angel food cake |
1 can cherry pie filling |
2 (4 ounce) boxes vanilla pudding mix (instant) |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, fix pudding as directed on packages. 2. Mix with mixer on medium speed till slightly thicken, add sour cream, mix well. 3. Set aside. 4. Cut up cake in 1 1/2 cubes. 5. In large bowl layer cake, pudding, and cherry pie filling. 6. Refrigerate over night. |
