This is a very refreshing congealed salad bursting with fruity flavors. Gelatin, Cream Cheese, Marshmallows Cream and Nuts make an absolute blend of great flavors. Very pretty on the buffet table as well. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 ounce package raspberry gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
21 ounce can cherry pie filling |
3 ounce package lemon gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
3 ounces softened cream cheese |
8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice |
1/2 cup whipping cream whipped |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
2 tablespoons chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water then stir in pie filling. 2. Pour into square pan then refrigerate until thickened but not firm. 3. In small bowl dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. 4. In medium bowl combine mayonnaise and cream cheese until well blended. 5. Gradually add lemon gelatin and mix well then stir in pineapple. 6. Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. 7. Spread over cherry layer then sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate until firm. |
