This recipe comes from the 2000 cookbook, Ultimate Smoothies. Ingredients:
3/4 cup white grape juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 cups bing cherries, stemmed, pitted, chopped |
2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender & process until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY! |
