Seemingly having tried them all, I keep coming back to this great, simple, tasty quiche recipe. I think the celery soup makes the difference. It's always good. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
2 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
1 cup provolone cheese |
1 frozen pie shell |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In mixing bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until well combined. 3. Mix in all other ingredients, including fillings. 4. Pour into pie shell. 5. Bake for one hour. 6. Suggested fillings(up to 2 cups). 7. Garden vegetables. 8. Spinach and feta. 9. Bacon and onion. 10. Crab and olive. 11. Shrimp and dill. 12. Tomato and basil. 13. Ham and swiss. 14. Sausage, spinach and onion. |
