Very easy recipe and yes if you want to fry you can, but Im trying to cut out calories and they came out perfectly from the oven. Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 bag of chicken wings & drumettes |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. 1. In a bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper,salt, garlic powder, onion powder. 2. 2. Beat the eggs together. 3. 3. Put the wings/drumettes in the beaten eggs and coat and then put in the flour mix and shake off excess. 4. 4. Put in a lightly greased pan and then into a pre-heated oven 400-450 depending on your oven. 5. 5. And bake for about 45 minutes to 60 minutes, until brown and crispy. And you can use your favorite dip. |
