If you like curry, you will surely like this dressing! I prefer to use extra vigin olive oil but the choice is up to you. Ingredients:
2/3 cup olive oil or 2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (i use less.) |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (not reconstituted) |
1 pinch curry powder (amount will depend on how much you you like curry.) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a dressing bottle or jar. 2. Chill several hours to blend flavors. 3. Serve with tossed greens. |
