An easy,meat and cheese,cook while you are not there soup. Ingredients:
meat balls |
1 pound of ground round |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1/2 teas. salt |
1/2 teas. hot sauce |
mix together and shape into medium size balls |
set a side. |
soup base |
2 cups water |
1 cup whole kernel corn |
1 cup chopped potatoe |
1 cup chopped (de-string)celery |
1/2 cup sliced carrots |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1/2 teas. hot sauce |
1 -16 oz jar of cheez whiz |
place prepared meat balls and all other ingred.except the cheez whiz in the slow cooker.stir gently. |
cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours |
before serving,stir cheez whiz into hot soup until melted. |
