1/4 cup butter |
1 cup sour cream |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup shredded cheese |
2 lbs. frozen shredded potatoes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a pan melt butter, then add sour cream and soup. 3. Melt until mixed well together. 4. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and shredded potatoes. 5. Mix together. 6. Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour. 7. Add remaining cheese and return to over for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly brown. |
