I make this once every week. Sooo good.
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli floret
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
12 inches pizza crusts, ready-made
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Cook and stir brocoli, onions, garlic, and basil in oil for 2 min in medium skillet.
3. Sprinkle cheese over crust. Top with veggie mixture and tomatoes. Bake 15 minute.
