I make this once every week. Sooo good. Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli floret |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 cup red onion, sliced |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 garlic clove, minced |
12 inches pizza crusts, ready-made |
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed |
1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375ºF. 2. Cook and stir brocoli, onions, garlic, and basil in oil for 2 min in medium skillet. 3. Sprinkle cheese over crust. Top with veggie mixture and tomatoes. Bake 15 minute. |
