Needs Spices (from FlatBelly Diet) Ingredients:
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper |
1/2 cup broccoli florets |
2 tablespoons diced onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons shredded italian 4 cheese blend |
2 oz (1/4 cup) cooked penne pasta |
Directions:
1. Saute pepper, broccoli, & onion while cooking pasta 2. Combine ricotta & shredded cheeses with vegetables then toss with cooked pasta to combine all. |
