Cheesy Tuna N Rice Muffinlettes |

Yummy!! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 6oz. can of tuna, drained & flaked |
3/4 cup black olives, sliced |
1 tbsp mccormicks instant chopped onion |
1 tbsp mccormicks parsley flakes |
1 tsp mccormicks season-all seasoned salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tbsp milk |
pam vegetable spray |
Directions:
1. Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onions, parsley & season-all salt. 2. Stir in eggs and milk, mixing throughly. 3. Spray 6 (lg) or 12 (sm) muffin cups w/ pam. 4. Divide rice mixture evenly among cups. 5. Bake 375 for 15 mins or until lightly browned. 6. Loosen w/ spatula and arrange on serving plate. 7. Serve with Tangy Butter Sauce 8. ***Tangy Butter Sauce*** 9. 1/4 Cup melted butter, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp season salt & 1/2 tsp parsley flakes. 10. Spoon over mufflettes. |
