My mom made this for us the other night and my family devoured it. This is comfort food at its finest! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles |
1 1/4 cups sour cream |
1 1/4 cups cottage cheese |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cook noodles and drain. 3. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese into cooked noodles. 4. Stir in tuna and chopped onion. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Pour into greased casserole and top with cheese. 7. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
