Cheesy Tomato Fish Bake

An easy and delicious way to serve fish. Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed veggies. There is no need to thaw fish before serving.
Ingredients:
1 lb haddock frozen haddock fillet
1/4 cup kraft italian dressing (zesty)
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup mozza-cheddar shredded cheese
1 tbps. fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
2. Bake 25 minutes; top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Sprinkle with parsley.
