These yummy appetizers usually fly off of the plate. You can use the base recipe and put on whatever you like. Ingredients:
2-3 rolls cresent rolls |
2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese |
2/3 c mayonaise |
1/2 c chopped onion. |
1 small jar of your favorite taco sauce. we use ortega orig. mild |
1 green pepper, small dice |
ham, diced. as much as you like |
1-1/12 cups sliced ripe olives |
top with 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Pat cresent rolls into jellyroll pan to form crust, sealing any openings, Bake per directions until browned, Cool. . Meanwhile, mix 2 -8 oz pkgs.softened Cream cheese with 2/3 c mayo. Add onion, and mix well. 2. Spread on cooled cresent rolls to 1/4 inch of edge. Top with taco sauce over all and spread out to 1/4 inch of cream cheese mixture. 3. Sprinkle with chopped green pepper, diced ham, ripe olives, top with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate. Cut is squares and eat!! |
