this is a perfect starter for a not to big mainmeal Ingredients:
2 cups spinach cooked as usual |
cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
cheese sauce |
4-6 prepared pancakes |
Directions:
1. cook spinach as always 2. make a cheese sauce from: 3. 2 tsp flour, 2 tsp melted butter mixed while on stove 4. add milk about a cup full 5. keep stirring until thick 6. add about half cup of cheese 7. mix well 8. keep some aside and add some to spinach 9. put tablespoon full on pancake and fold over 10. put some of sauce over each of folded pancake and serve |
