This is the recipe my Mom always used. I guess if you can get a kid to like spinach, it must be a pretty good recipe. It also just throws together and bakes...easy! Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can spinach |
4 eggs beaten |
1 cup milk |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1 cup cubed firm white bread |
1/2 cup sliced green onions |
1/4 cup grated parmasean cheese |
Directions:
1. Drain and squeeze out spinach. 2. Combine all ingredients 3. Cover and bake at 375* for 25-30 min |
