I originally made this in a crock pot for a family Thanksgiving appetizer. I just layered it all and set on low in morning and we had before a late lunch. Ingredients:
1 lb cut up velveeta |
1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained |
1pkg cream cheese cut up |
1 can rotel tomatoes and chilies unrestrained |
8 stripes bacon cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix it all and put in microwave safe bowl 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes and stir 3. Microwave additional 2-3 minutes until melted 4. Serve with tortilla chips or cut up veggies |
