Cheesy Spinach And Bacon Dip |

This is a great dip with chips OR party rye breads. Be sure the spinach is well drained or the dip can be watery. Recipe courtesy of Ingredients:
10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained. |
16 ounces velveeta cheese product, 1/2 cube |
4 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cube |
10 ounce can tomatoes and green chiles, undrained |
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Microwave all ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 5 minutes OR until Velveeta is completely melted. 2. Stir after three minutes. 3. Serve with tortilla chips OR fresh vegetables. |
