This recipe is from The Mississippi Cookbook. Recipe submitted by Mrs. Thomas Pearson of West Point, MS. Ingredients:
1 cup pancake mix |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/3 cup milk |
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine pancake mix, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. 2. Beat in cheese, mayonnaise, and milk. 3. Shape into 30 small balls. 4. Roll each ball in chopped parsley. 5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes. |
