A light calorie, high protien breakfast entree with gourmet flair. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 teaspoon cream cheese |
1/4 ounce smoked salmon |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites, cook. 2. Before eggs are fully firm add cream cheese and salmon and mix. 3. Continue cooking until eggs are firm. 4. Season and enjoy. |
