Quicky, simple late night snack! From Busy Womans Cookbook, (an all time favorite) Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can shoestring potatoes |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Dump potatoes in a shallow baking dish. 2. Sprinkle with cheeses. 3. Bake at 350 until toasty. |
