Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes |

An easy recipe from my husband's daughter, Rachel, that is creamy and very tasty!! Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup diced onion |
1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
2 sprigs parsley (optional) |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/4 cup butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 -2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Place onion, celery seed, parsley, flour, butter, salt, pepper and milk in blender and blend. 2. Arrange layer by layer of potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish and between each add some cheese. 3. Pour milk mixture over top and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 50 minute 4. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake until cheese is bubbly. |
