Cheesy Scalloped Potato Dish |

This is a sure fire no left over dish to add with a main dish meat and veggie meal. I like to serve it with pork chops and a salad. Ingredients:
6 large potatoes peel and sliced |
1 med onion diced |
1 can of cream of chicken soup |
2/3 cup sour cream |
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese |
garlic powder to taste |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. 1. Use a shallow glass cake pan and melt butter on bottom in microwave. 2. 2. Peel and slice potatoes to fill pan. Slice onions and mix with potatoes. 3. 3. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with sour cream and mix into potato mixture. 4. 4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Season with garlic powder, season salt and pepper. 5. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 until potatoes are cooked through – at least one hour. Serve |
