Cheesy Sausage Corn Muffins

Saw this recipe on another site and thought Oh my gosh, I have to make those!!! The picture was mouthwatering. I think these would be awesome as a portable breakfast or with any type of bean soup. I'm adding the recipe here so I don't lose it! If you make it before I do, please rate it for us....enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted or 1/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk or 1 cup buttermilk
1 lb pork sausage, browned and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.
3. Add butter or oil, eggs and milk or buttermilk.
4. Stir just until combined, add a few drops more liquid if it's too thick. Don't over stir!
5. Fold in sausage and cheese.
6. Fill muffin cups to almost full.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes.
8. *Optional - you can add chopped onions or green peppers when browning the sausage if you like!
9. Store leftovers in the fridge.
